2006 HIA Townhouse/Villa Development (Medium Density) over 5 dwellings

Awarded to a development showcasing strong quality construction methods and design which implements a variety of building materials, quality finishes and environmentally sustainable practices. The Village is proud to say it has an average 6 star energy rating for all of its homes across Stages 1 and 2 and will continue to focus on best environmental practice throughout the development. The award was won purely on the display village as the judging panel only assesses fully completed homes and they were the only homes complete in July 2006.

This award was given to the builders on the Village project, Madisson Homes as they are members of the HIA, but is truly a team effort and a testament to the strength of the development itself.
